A founder-focused legal workshop on managing startup equity at TheBlock. in One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre. Business and technology attorney Gordon Einstein covers founder equity splits, vesting and founder protections, how to document equity grants, common cap table pitfalls and trading equity for intellectual property or key assets. It is the first session of a new workshop series and suits founders, angel investors, VCs and early employees who hold or grant equity.
