Participants work through six months of decisions at a simulated Dubai trading company to see how a profitable business can still run short of cash. The session then helps attendees calculate their own cash conversion cycle and identify problems involving payment terms, inventory or customer concentration. Bring rough figures for revenue, receivables, payables and inventory. The organiser promises a cash-trap diagnosis and an attested completion certificate.
